This training establishes the groundwork for effective Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Participants explore Collective Teacher Efficacy (CTE) and its role in student success, followed by an in-depth look at PLC structures and types to understand how collaboration shapes outcomes. The session also focuses on identifying accountable communities, distinguishing high-functioning teams from ineffective ones, and equipping educators with tools to foster productive group communication. Through interactive collaboration labs, attendees will engage in case studies, role-playing, and reflective exercises to enhance their ability to work within and lead dynamic learning communities.
