Become a certified PLC Facilitator and join our summer training program designed to equip educators and leaders with innovative group facilitation techniques. This training establishes the groundwork for effective Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Participants explore Collective Teacher Efficacy (CTE) and its role in student success, followed by an in-depth look at PLC structures and types to understand how collaboration shapes outcomes. The session also focuses on identifying accountable communities, distinguishing high-functioning teams from ineffective ones, and equipping educators with tools to foster productive group communication. Through interactive collaboration labs, attendees will engage in case studies, role-playing, and reflective exercises to enhance their ability to work within and lead dynamic learning communities.
