Dr. Ryan Gleason has over a decade of experience as a K-12 administrator in the United States. Having worked as a change leader at the site, county, and district office levels throughout southern California, he offers a unique perspective about preparing the whole-child for college, career, and life-readiness. In addition to his role as Assistant Superintendent for LVUSD, Ryan oversees the Las Virgenes Center for Educational Excellence (Center EdX), which offers a continuum of learning opportunities for teachers and administrators for over fifteen school districts in the state of California. Ryan received his Doctorate in Global Education from the University of Southern California. His dissertation focused on developing principal leadership and administrator efficacy and longevity in K-12 systems.
